Fast-paced, exceptional established Medical Product Supplier in Century City in search of an Account Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling products within the Provincial Sector. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing procedural support, product demonstrations, and training, and achieving sales targets and driving tenders and buy-outs.You will be responsible for but not limited to:Sales and Business Development:Promote and sell a range of Urology and Pelvic Health products into the Provincial SectorDrive Tenders and Buy-Outs within the Provincial HospitalsIdentify and develop needs and new business opportunitiesAchieve and exceed sales targets and KPIsConduct market research to identify trends and opportunitiesCustomer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clientsProvide high-quality customer service and supportAddress customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely mannerProduct Knowledge and Training:Stay up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive productsProvide product demonstrations and training to healthcare professionalsAssist clients in selecting appropriate products for their needsAdministrative Duties:Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required including CRM reports, quarterly feedback and regular academic meetingsMaintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactionsManage inventory and ensure timely delivery of products to clientsCompliance and Ethics:Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standardsEnsure all sales activities comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirementsEducation:Registered Scrub Nurse – (non-negotiable)Minimum of 5 – 6 years' experience within similar environmentMinimum of 5 years of experience in medical sales preferably with theatre support in surgical supplies, with existing relationships within the hospitals and relationships with Surgeons especially Urologists would be very advantageousProven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market shareIntensive experience scrubbing into various proceduresProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint/CRM tools etc.)Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensivelyOwn VehicleAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (if necessary)You will report to the Regional Manager.Basic salary on offer with benefits (Petrol & Travel Allowance, Tablet Allowance, Phone Allowance, 3G Allowance & Commission).Skills:Customer-focused with a strong commitment to providing high-quality serviceAbility to understand and communicate complex medical informationStrong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategicallyAdaptable and resilient, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPlease apply with your most recent resume & supporting documents.Please note should you not receive a response from us within 7 working days; kindly consider your application unsuccessful.
