Minimum Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Business Management or related field 5 years experience in Account Management preferably within an FMCG environment Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong planning and organizational skills Valid drivers license and own vehicle Duties and Responsibilities: Define account strategies aligned with client and company objectives.
Develop tactical plans in collaboration with stakeholders to meet strategic goals.
Identify new business opportunities and implement growth initiatives for client accounts.
Build and maintain trust-based relationships with clients.
Provide strategic advice and implement promotional campaigns.
Analyse trends and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
Optimize commercial terms to maximize profitability.
