A self-starter with excellent communication skills, someone that excels in a fast-paced environment and consistently delivers exceptional service. Minimum Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Business Management or related field5 + years' experience in Account Management preferably within an FMCG environmentAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM softwareExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong planning and organizational skillsValid driver's license and own vehicle Duties and Responsibilities: Define account strategies aligned with client and company objectives.Develop tactical plans in collaboration with stakeholders to meet strategic goals.Identify new business opportunities and implement growth initiatives for client accounts.Build and maintain trust-based relationships with clients.Provide strategic advice and implement promotional campaigns.Analyse trends and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.Optimize commercial terms to maximize profitability.
