As a key brand ambassador, you will develop and manage relationships with major clients, ensuring their needs are met and that solutions are delivered efficiently.
Qualifications• Matric or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years' management experience is advantageous.
• Established contacts within the mining industry.
• Sales or Marketing degree/diploma is a plus.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must reside in the North West region.
• Knowledge relevant to the mining industry.
• Clear disciplinary, criminal, and credit records.
Experience• Minimum of 2 years' management experience is advantageous.
Responsibilities• Build and manage relationships with a portfolio of key clients.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer matters.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Ensure timely delivery of products and resolution of customer issues.
• Collaborate with relevant managers to meet customer expectations.
• Regularly update the National Business Development Manager on activities.
