Account Manager

A company that specializes in providing high-quality products and services for the automotive, construction, and industrial sectors, including tools, fasteners, and equipment is seeking an experienced Account Manager to represent our company in the Mining sector. As a key brand ambassador, you will develop and manage relationships with major clients, ensuring their needs are met and that solutions are delivered efficiently. Key Requirements: Matric or equivalent qualification. Minimum of 2 years management experience is advantageous. Established contacts within the mining industry. Sales or Marketing degree/diploma is a plus. Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Must reside in the North West region. Knowledge relevant to the mining industry. Clear disciplinary, criminal, and credit records. Roles & Responsibilities: Build and manage relationships with a portfolio of key clients. Serve as the main point of contact for customer matters. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Ensure timely delivery of products and resolution of customer issues. Collaborate with relevant managers to meet customer expectations. Regularly update the National Business Development Manager on activities.
