Our client, Africa's largest manufacturer of prefab and modular buildings, provides innovative products that offer smart space solutions for various accommodation requirements, including mobile homes, kitchens, classrooms, clinics, and offices on construction or remote mining sites.They are currently in search of an experienced and skilled Account Manager for the Northwest and Limpopo regions.Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve agreed sales targets for Northwest and Northern Limpopo regions.Regular visits to Northwest and Northern Limpopo.Achieve agreed profitability.Actively look for and create opportunities within the market.Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with current and future customers.Provide after-sales service and regular entertainment of customers.Establish and maintain a healthy prospect pipeline.Achieve agreed customer visits.Conduct market and competitor analysis.Ensure timely and accurate completion of enquiries, quotes, and tenders.Loading of rental orders on the ERP system.Assist accounts personnel with collection of outstanding and overdue payments.Timely and accurate completion of weekly/monthly reports.Compliance with all reasonable instructions.Occupational Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality Control.Compliance with the company/clients SHEQ code of conduct and standards.Compliance with all COVID protocols required.Minimum Qualification & ExperienceMatric.Diploma/Degree in Marketing or Sales.Valid Driver's license.At least 3 years of relevant experience.Successful track record in achieving targets.Report writing and previous experience using an ERP system.Ability to read construction drawings.Knowledge, Skills & CompetenciesGood understanding of sales and rentals.Mobile units/construction product knowledge.Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and colleagues.Market Intelligence.Cost control.Must be able to use MS Office packages.Good sales and communication skills.Energetic, target-driven, and adaptable.Competent in administrative tasks (i.e., doing quotations, weekly sales reporting, lease agreements).Good planning and organizing skills.Behavioral CompetenciesConfidence.Flexibility.Dependability and creativity.Customer-oriented people person.Integrity and credibility.Dedication and perseverance.Target-driven self-starter.Desired SkillsMarket Research.Rentals.Sales.
