The Account Manager's core purpose is to generate new business and grow existing clients through innovative solution offerings.
Degree or Diploma or equivalent with sales and or marketing/management/SDFAt least 1 years or more sales experienceMust have Technical experience in Training Development spaceClient Development and Validation: Identify and validate selected client opportunitiesCollaborate with other stakeholders to provide a conceptual solution that is aligned to the clients' needsDevelop a conceptual proposal and submit / present in line with Adcorp and ATS's Corporate IdentityEnsure client has a full understanding of the proposal and refine the proposal to ensure 100% alignment with the client's needsObtain client sign off of the proposal / solutionFinance: Agree on business terms and articulate these into the Service Level Agreement to the clientEnsure invoicing process is clearly understood and communicated to internal stakeholders – P.O process etcEnsure Service Level Agreement is signedIn the instance of a new client, liaise with finance to open a new client account in line with Adcorp process and policiesAny deviation from 30 day payment terms to be escalated to finance.Customer Service: Ensure a thorough briefing of all client information and project documentation to the Operational team responsible for delivery on the projectEnsure client reports are to standard and provided timeously to the clientLiaise with operations to ensure clients needs are being delivered on and to proactively manage any delivery challenges, through the operations teamAdministration: Update the sales pipeline weeklyUpdate the CRM with the appropriate informationPrepare and present sales reports including sales turnover, sales pipeline, and areas of proposed client based to the Manager monthlyPost sales stakeholder management: Ensure on-going relationship building to retain the client and to identify new sales opportunitiesEnsure client is aware of ATS differentiation at all times.Financial Achieve agreed sales targets.Ensure Operational approval of all costings to clients and the achievement of budgeted GP's.Marketing Continually research and network to stay abreast of global trends, consumers competitors customers/partners satisfaction levelsAttend conferences and networking opportunities
