Account Manager

A well-established, market leader in the mining and construction industry requires an Account Manager to service the Nelspruit area. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for growth in a company that invests in their employees.Salary is market-related.Over and above the salary is a company vehicle and petrol card, cell phone and data, commission, and incentives.ResponsibilitiesAchieve agreed sales targets within the assigned market segment.Actively look for new customers and opportunities.Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers.Expedite and follow up on the resolution of customer problems and complaints.Research and keep abreast of market conditions in the assigned sector.Develop a weekly call planner and schedule appointments.Complete and submit weekly reports (call, market & competitor).Provide after sales service to all clients.Ensure timely completion of enquiries, quotes, and tenders.Responsible for general sales administration.Prepare sales aids and materials (brochure, presentations, etc.).Ensure sales processes are ISO compliant.RequirementsGrade 12 or equivalent.Qualification in sales and/or marketing advantageous.Related sales experience in the mining or construction sector.Knowledge of ISO, tender processing, and working knowledge of business.Ability to read and draw design layouts on Turbo-Cad an advantage.Must be able and willing to travel.Desired SkillsAccount Management.Administration.Business Development.Project Management.Sales.Employer & Job BenefitsProvident Fund Contribution.Mobile Phone Allowance.Fuel Allowance.Company Car.Commission.
