A company that offers a comprehensive range of interventions, from the selection of people to be trained and the designing of the course material to the actual training has an exciting opportunity for a quality-oriented Account Manager in Gauteng Degree or Diploma or equivalent with sales and or marketing/management/SDF At least 2-3 years or more sales experience Must have Technical experience in Training Development space Must have own vehicle Client Development and Validation: Identify and validate selected client opportunities Collaborate with other stakeholders to provide a conceptual solution that is aligned to the clients' needs Develop a conceptual proposal and submit / present in line with Adcorp and ATS's Corporate Identity Ensure client has a full understanding of the proposal and refine the proposal to ensure 100% alignment with the client's needs Obtain client sign off of the proposal / solution. Finance: Agree on business terms and articulate these into the Service Level Agreement to the client Ensure invoicing process is clearly understood and communicated to internal stakeholders – P.O process etc Ensure Service Level Agreement is signed In the instance of a new client, liaise with finance to open a new client account in line with Adcorp process and policies Any deviation from 30 day payment terms to be escalated to finance. Customer Service: Ensure a thorough briefing of all client information and project documentation to the Operational team responsible for delivery on the project Ensure client reports are to standard and provided timeously to the client Liaise with operations to ensure clients needs are being delivered on and to proactively manage any delivery challenges, through the operations team Administration: Update the sales pipeline weekly Update the CRM with the appropriate information Prepare and present sales reports including sales turnover, sales pipeline, and areas of proposed client based to the Manager monthly Post sales stakeholder management: Ensure on-going relationship building to retain the client and to identify new sales opportunities Ensure client is aware of ATS differentiation at all times. Financial Achieve agreed sales targets. Ensure Operational approval of all costings to clients and the achievement of budgeted GP's. Marketing Continually research and network to stay abreast of global trends, consumers competitors customers/partners satisfaction levels Attend conferences and networking opportunities Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including tender-proposal proficiency, face to face and telephonic) Strong business acumen/ ability to hold in-depth discussions on business topics Innovation and creativity in the development of products and solutions for clients Customer/client focus Pro-active, structured, deadline focused and passionate about learning and development Flexible Results-driven Ability to work independently Strong interpersonal skills and ability to operate in different cultures Conflict resolution and negotiation skills Proven track record of achievement of sales targets Strong understanding of client and market dynamics and requirements Uncompromising standards of excellence, integrity attention to detail Ability to work in a structured environment
