What will you do:  Client liaisonCoordinating and managing promotions and events from end to end; including creating and managing a detailed project plan from inception to executionSourcing quotesPreparing budgetsLiaising with service providersTrafficking artwork between designers, copywriters and clientCollating feedbackPreparing presentationsSending meeting agendas/minutesWhat do you need: Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal)Excellent attention to detailMinimum of 3 years of below-the-line marketing project management experienceAbility to solve problemsConfidence to deal with clients effectivelyA driver's license and own carWillingness to get 'hands-on' to ensure excellence in executionQualification in marketing, PR, events or project managementExperience in working on marketing-related projects/campaignsAbility to travel for work when requiredAbility to work well under pressurePassion for people and the planetNeed to be a team playerAdvantageous: Ability to speak and write in multiple African languagesCopywriting experience
