Strategic Sales Maximize the sales development through a business plan and implement sales strategies that enable your allocated area(s) to achieve its objective together with the application specialist and modality manager.Develop together with the customer the ideal HCA / solution portfolio for customer needs Main interface regarding HCA / solutions, utilizing all necessary Dräger resourcesFocus on sales of Dräger portfolio (Dräger and non-Dräger products):HCA and solutions (excluding after sales business)Responsibility for HCA sales budget (net revenue, margin), prepares sales forecast for the geographical area together with the capital account managerParticipates on road shows and exhibitionsNegotiate and close dealsGenerates and manages the sales processMarket AnalysisMonitor market, competitor and customer development – informs modality manager about market trendsMonitor the sales performance of competitors to ensure that the company maintains and develops its competitive position AdministrationContinually updates CRM, market / product analysis with product specialist Completion and maintenance of Call Reports Submission of Weekly Planners to the Sales ManagerAll quote requests and brochures to be sent to the relevant person 24hrs from time of request.Assists in receivables managementComplianceEnsure compliance with the Principles of Business and Conduct in the Dräger Group and local laws and regulationsEnsure compliance with occupational safety and health laws and other applicable regulationsCommunications and BrandSupport Brand recognition at the branch levelResponsible for Internal Communications within the workshopRelationship-Management with Distributors, Customers and all employees within the BranchArrange application and Infection prevention control training for HCA where necessary. Regulatory Affairs and QualityImplement the processes and actions to obtain and maintain all relevant certifications, e.g. ISO, SANAS, in close collaboration with the Service Manager: and the local Quality ManagerEnsure compliance with corporate quality and environmental policiesPrepare, implement and monitor effective processes that provide the evidence of compliance with relevant directives, standards, technical, legal, industry or trade requirements Ensure the effective day to day quality management of processes within, business, regulatory, testing, customer relations, service and logistic departments
