We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Account Manager (Client Business Manager) to join our Business Development team.Key Responsibilities:Contract Management: Ensure that all contractual commitments are met and that the scope of services is delivered as agreedStrategic & Financial Planning: Develop and implement strategic business plans that align with client goals and industry trendsManagement Information: Analyse client expenditure, travel patterns, and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendationsProject Management: Identify opportunities for process improvement and technology solutions and manage related projectsCommunication Management: Coordinate all client communications, maintaining strong relationships with both internal teams and external clientsQualifications and Experience:Education: Grade 12 or equivalent.Experience:2-3 years of experience in customer relations within the travel and tourism industry, ideally from a travel consulting background.MUST HAVE: OIL & GAS EXPERIENCEAt least 1 year of account management experience.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
