Account Manager Role: The role is to provide support and assistance in all areas of managing the client's business and to keep day-to-day activities running smoothly.
Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Create strong relationships with clients to help them achieve their marketing goals.Implement complex, detailed media strategies in an accurate and timely manner.Determine client needs by conducting in-person or online meetings to outline their goals.Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for assigned clients.Oversee the client's above-the-line presence and identify areas of improvement.Present effective above-the-line media strategies and training to clients when needed.Create and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients to build trust.Coordinate activity ensuring projects and plans deliver against expectations.Act as a point of contact for clients to address any campaign queries or concerns.Keep abreast of the industry.Requirements: Three years + experience in account management.Excellent knowledge of best practices, campaign, and budget management.Familiarity and experience working with above-the-line media channels across television, print, radio, and OOH.Proficiency in industry tools.Experience with media strategy development.Location: Sandton
