Account Manager

We are currently seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Riverhorse Valley, Durban. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring exceptional client service, and meeting their various requirements.
Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
Act as the primary point of contact, addressing inquiries and providing timely and effective solutions.
Raise purchase orders, quotes, and sourcing/ordering of merchandise from various factories.
Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive identification of sales opportunities and upselling of products/services.
Work closely with internal teams, to coordinate efforts and ensure client expectations are met.
Create product proposals to send to clients that include products to suit their budget and needs.
Requirements and skills:Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Excellent organizational and project management aptitude.
Proven ability to take ownership of projects and confidently interact with clients.
Capability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data to make informed decisions.
Effective multitasking and prioritization skills.
Working on multiple projects at the same time. 
Background in the Promo industry would be an advantage
