The Account Manager is responsible for understanding their clients' business/brand, consumers, and industry/category. They manage all stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and media partners. The role requires effective information sharing, expectation management, and accountability for the team's performance.Job Description:Their duties include creating campaigns (from media strategy, media plans, schedules etc.), monitoring clients' media performance, budget management, and measuring the success of media strategies through post campaign analysis.Key Responsibilities:Client Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for assigned clients.Determining client needs by conducting in-person or electronic meetings to outline their goals.Campaign Oversight: Oversee client campaigns, identifying areas for improvement.Relationship Management: Create and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients to build trust.Performance Reporting: Craft reports on client campaign performance on a monthly and quarterly basis.Quality Assurance: Ensure consistency in team outputs, including content, formatting, fonts, templates, language, and grammar.Client Liaison: Act as a point of contact for clients to address any management queries or concerns.Escalation Management: Know when to escalate issues to ensure clients have the best experience with our network and products.Industry Awareness: Stay abreast of industry and media/marketing trends.Stakeholder Engagement: Build and foster strong relationships with media partners and stakeholders.Requirements:2-3 years + experience in account management.Excellent understanding of best practices, media strategy, and account management.Location: Cape TownBrand: Full Circle MediaTime Type: Full timeContract Type: Permanent
