What You'll Be Responsible ForServe as the key point of contact for assigned client accounts, maintain client satisfaction, and build strong long-lasting relationshipsDevelop a trusted advisor relationship with clients to ensure goals are aligned from a business strategy perspective and success metrics are identifiedDevelop retention strategies to elongate the lifetime value of clientsWork alongside your Account Operations colleagues to meet/exceed the expectations of our client baseCollaborate with the Business Development Team to ensure a smooth client onboarding process from deal agreed to full account management responsibilityHandle client escalations and work across teams to resolve issuesProvide internal feedback on how we can better serve clients to help minimise churn and maintain an industry-leading positionIdentify and execute against opportunities for upsellsOwn and manage the renewal process for your clientsMeet targets in respect of renewals, revenue retention and upsellsEstablish a strong understanding of competitors, ticketing, and the events industryAttend both virtual and physical meetings with clients, including through regular travel across South Africa and abroad if requiredRequirementsAbility to multi-task with excellent organisation and project management skillsEntrepreneurial mindset and ability to spot / create opportunitiesExcellent documentation and communication skillsGo-getting attitude - you're ambitious and believe you get out what you put inSelf-starters.
