Account Manager

Account Manager Minimum Requirements: Matric (Grade 12) Bachelors Degree or similar.
3 years account or general administration experience preferably in a FMCG environment.
5+ years supply chain experience.
Responsibilities: Set Customer Strategy Set strategy for the designated area of responsibility based on company and customer objectives.
Obtain sign-off across the business on the strategy.
Implement key KPIs in line with the strategy.
Relationship Management Set key KPIs for customers in line with business strategy.
Review customer KPIs monthly to ensure customer and Company compliance with key KPIs.
Drive opportunities to build strategic partnerships through the identification of collaboration opportunities.
Manage internal business functions against agreed KPIs.
Manage customer queries and concerns as they arise.
Business Development Identify opportunities for expansion within the area of responsibility.
Match Company business capabilities to customers needs by identifying service solutions.
Collaborate with the Commercial Team to guide commercial discussions and negotiate commercial agreements.
Implement rate reviews and increases as needed to ensure the profitability of the area of responsibility.
