About the Role As a Senior Account Executive, you will grow revenue from existing firms within a defined customer group. You will deliver or exceed an agreed set of financial targets and objectives, through high-quality Account Management. You will support managers and directors with team leadership, EOS development, reporting, training, and team coaching.
Responsibilities · Selling and negotiating proactively of commercially sound contracts for existing customers
· Coaching and up skilling team members to achieve common goals
· Adhering to planning, documentation, reporting and data recording in line with agreed methods and targets
· Achieving or exceeding targeted revenue for products by identifying up-sell or cross-sell opportunities
· Identifying key account issues, needs and demonstrate the business value of LN products
· Contributing to development and help implement marketing programmes to increase awareness, purchasing and retention of our services
· Ensuring customer experience is in line with agreed targets, in terms of quality and frequency of contact
· Building solid relationships with key decision makers and influencers resulting in revenue protection and growth.
Requirements · Have experience working within a B2B sales environment and retaining and growing customers
· Demonstrate the ability to spot commercial opportunities, with a successful customer services and sales support background
· Have excellent communication skills essential, as well as time management and planning.
· Have solid consistent performer demonstrated through consistently meeting or exceeding expectations
· Have excellent Product (Print/Online), Domain and Market knowledge and experience of adopting new products
· Have formal coaching qualification or substantive demonstratable experience
· Have formal continuous improvement qualification or substantive demonstratable experience
· Have a Completed SmartPath development plan endorsed by manager
