You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key accounts in order to increase sales and profitability for the company.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining successful partnerships with retailers, distributors, and other key accounts in the health supplement industry.
Responsibilities: · Manage and grow existing accounts by developing strong relationships with key decision-makers · Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with company goals and objectives · Collaborate with internal teams to ensure account satisfaction and customer success · Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth · Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to stay informed and make data-driven decisions.
· Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and other relevant data to senior management.
· Meet and exceed sales targets and other performance metrics · Manage all aspects of merchandising and execution in retail · Product training of merchandisers and vitamin managers in retail · Maintain and develop pharmacy , wholesale , retail as well as cash and carry market · New business development in FMCG · Requirements: · Bachelor's degree, Marketing, or related field · 5+ years of experience in key account management or sales in the supplement industry · Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets · Strong negotiation and communication skills · Excellent organizational and time-management skills · Ability to work independently and as part of a team · Proficient in Microsoft Office , CRM software and Power Point · Willingness to travel as needed · Well presented and articulate individual
