Our Client around Northern KZN is looking for an Accounts Manager.The requirements and responsibilities for the Accounts Manager are, but not limited to the following:Duties:Lead a site team consisting of Project Leads, PLC and SCADA software technicians, Drafts persons and a construction team consisting of Construction Manager, Supervisors and construction labour.Assist project leads in providing proposals to the customer.Assign projects to Project Leads.Oversee labour and material profitability of all projects on site.Overall responsible for all site employees with regards to site safety regulations.Forecast and plan human resource requirements for site.Identify, and manage skills shortcomings amongst site employees.Interact with senior stakeholders from the client on a regular basis.Share responsibility with projects leads for obtaining new projects.Provide feedback to company CEO/COO on overall site project performance and profitability.Facilitate and guide Project Leads on project payment claims and QA procedures and QC performance on tenders prior to submission.The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the role of Electrical or Automation Project Lead which entails:Leading small to large automation and/or electrical projects.Determine Customer requirements and conceptualise a design.Complete and submit quotations and tenders.Detail PCS and/or Electrical design for small to large automation/electrical solutions.Lead in a development team environment.Successful execution of automation and/or electrical solutions ensuring project material and labour cost remained in budget.Field, Software and commissioning QC checks were performed.Manage invoice amounts and claims.Be directly involved in commissioning and handover.Desired Skills:Exceptional Leadership skillsExceptional Site Operations Management skills.Good work forecast and planning skills.Minimum Qualification Level And Work Experience:PMP Certification + 15 years' experience in an Electrical or Automation project environment.Trade Test Certificate (Instrumentation OR Electrical) + 15 years of work experience in a project environment.National Diploma in Electronics/Electrical engineering fields + 15 years of work experience in a project environment.BSc / BEng in Electrical/Electronic/Software engineering + 12 years of work experience in a project environment.Advantage: ECSA registration.Desired Skills:AccountsAccount ManagementElectricalAutomationDesired Work Experience:More than 10 years RecruitmentMore than 10 years Account ManagementDesired Qualification Level:Grade 12 / Matric
