1.     PRODUCT RANGE1.1  Business Broadband Wireless 1.2  MTN VoIP1.3  APN1.4  IOT1.5  MTN Mobile Products2.     JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Internal Account Management Consultant (IAMC) is responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual goals by selling to end customers in the base as well as new non-MTN Business customers using the telephone, Web 2.0 technologies and face to face engagements. The IAMC will build direct relationships with end user organisations and will work closely with the team to leverage the MTN Business resources to maximize the revenue opportunities within these end customer accounts.3.     ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES3.1  Customer Relationship Management:  Responsible for developing relationships with the assigned customer base to drive the sales process (demand generation through to opportunity closure).3.2  Understand the addressable market:  Utilise knowledge of the region and install base to exploit commercial opportunities. Run sales campaigns and promotions, in accordance with the sales strategy.3.3  Develop customer strategy:  Identifies the customer's needs and MTN's solutions to enable revenue growth for the business. 3.4  Develop territory & account plans:  Prioritise internal and external (virtual and non-virtual) resources & execute to meet or exceed sales quota. 3.5  Position:  "end to end" solutions to the end customer to take total ownership of install base and to reflect the true value of MTN's Business value proposition.3.6  Support:  Provide 1st level support and escalate 2nd level and 3rd level support to client services.4.     MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS4.1  3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a fast-moving sales environment. 4.2  Advanced customer relationship skills with proven sales record.4.3  Strong sales skills: account planning, cold calling, SWOT analysis, up-selling, cross-selling, forecast accuracy.4.4  Objective-oriented. Consistent achievement of sales quotas and forecasted revenue targets.4.5  Strong communication, negotiation, business acumen and presentation skills.4.6  Strong planning & organizational skills.4.7  Experience working with field sales, partners, technical, and operational resources to create sales strategies and execute goals.4.8  Strong relationship building, account planning and process competence skills.4.9  Ability to work well under pressure and proven ability to meet deadlines.
