About the Role Our Account Executives are key players in our Field Sales organization, focusing on net new revenue and customer growth. In this role, you will:
Develop strategy for prioritizing, targeting, and closing key opportunities in assigned territory.Perform account planning for assigned accounts, coordinating with pre-sales and other resources.Initiate and support sales of Workday solutions within Medium Enterprise prospects.Maintain accurate and timely customer/prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data.About You Basic Qualifications: ~5+ years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud based ERP/HCM/Financial/Planning/Analytics solutions to C-levels.Experience negotiating deals with C-Suite Executives.Programmatic approach to generate and develop leads within your territory.Other Qualifications: Proven track record in a high-velocity sales cycle.Understanding of the strategic competitive landscape of the industry.Experience leveraging and partnering with internal team members on account strategies.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Our Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we combine in-person time and remote work, allowing flexibility while maintaining strong connections.
