Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify client needs and effectively communicate our client's value proposition to help clients enhance their financial performance through VAT recovery. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus. Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably within the financial services or VAT recovery sector. Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and achieving sales targets. Strong understanding of VAT regulations and recovery processes is highly desirable. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools to manage client interactions and sales pipelines effectively. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their unique VAT recovery needs and providing tailored solutions. Sales Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business opportunities and expand existing accounts, consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets. Proposal and Presentation Development: Create compelling proposals and presentations that effectively articulate our client's offerings and benefits, addressing client pain points. Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring agreements are mutually beneficial and compliant with company policies. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth, adjusting strategies as needed. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment on client objectives. Performance Monitoring: Track account performance metrics and provide regular updates to senior management on sales activities, client feedback, and overall satisfaction. Industry Engagement: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent our client and build relationships within the industry.
