As our client continues to expand, we are in search of a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our team. This role is crucial for our growth, targeting key sectors and building lasting relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will be at the forefront of our market expansion, showcasing our unique content solutions to a diverse range of businesses. This position offers a competitive salary with an uncapped commission structure, designed to reward outstanding sales achievements.



Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation and Management: Actively engage with leads from various sources, including inbound marketing, partnerships, and business development efforts. Sales Performance: Strive to exceed sales targets, taking full advantage of the uncapped commission structure. Product Demonstration: Effectively present Bites' innovative content platform to new prospects, understanding and addressing their unique business needs. Collaborative Efforts: Work in tandem with teams across sales, account management, marketing, and product development. Market Research: Conduct thorough research on different industry verticals to deliver tailored sales pitches, aligning with specific market trends and needs. Sales Cycle and Revenue Management: Oversee complete sales cycles, forecast sales activity, and work towards maximizing revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction. Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a quota-carrying sales role, preferably in a SaaS or tech-focused environment. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing sales cycles and engaging with a range of stakeholders. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with digital content, employee engagement, or related fields is advantageous. Resourceful: Ability to leverage internal resources effectively and work autonomously in a dynamic environment. Eligibility: Valid work authorization in the applicable country.
