Pezula Nature Retreat, based in the spectacular town of Knysna, which is renowned for its stunning natural beauty. It's framed by lush forests, golden beaches, and the dramatic Knysna Heads, two towering sea cliffs that guard the entrance to the lagoon.
What We're Looking for:
Join our prestigious luxury hotel nestled in the picturesque Knysna area. We're currently seeking a skilled Account Executive to become part of our vibrant team.
The hospitality industry is fast-paced and can be unpredictable, flexibility, adaptability, attention to detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure are important traits for navigating challenges and adjusting to changing circumstances.
What Is Required:
The Account Executive is responsible for managing client accounts, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional service delivery within the hospitality sector. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating with various departments to meet client needs effectively.
You would work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop tailored packages for our clients, you will help us uphold a reputation of integrity and exceptional service while driving a successful sales strategy that contributes to our brand and product ecosystem.
Minimum Requirements:
Passionate about travel and hospitality
Locally connected with a robust network in the Garden Route
Energetic, ambitious, and charismatic
Well-groomed and presentable
Proven track record of establishing a sales network and achieving sales targets in a similar role.
Commercially minded with a drive for incentives and results
Exceptional relationship-building skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently with flexibility and willingness to travel
Strong communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Opera preferred
Valid driver's license and access to a roadworthy vehicle
