Mahareng Media and Advertising are the publishers of Bloemfontein Courant and Bloemfontein Get It. Bloemfontein Courant is the largest weekly newspaper in the city of roses, with 45,000 newspapers being distributed weekly, 177,000 readers every four weeks, and the owners of the Best of Bloemfontein project that attracts over 250,000 votes every year for local businesses that are acknowledged for their contribution to the economy of Bloemfontein.
Bloemfontein Get It is the only monthly glossy neighbourhood magazine that covers local people in the city. 7,000 copies are distributed every month across Bloemfontein.

We are currently looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our print sales team responsible for efficiently running the company's client base and achieving sales targets.
As an Account Executive, you will sell available advertising space within the various print products (Bloemfontein Courant and Bloemfontein Get It) as well as exciting online products, to the existing database on an ongoing basis. You will also be required to sell custom print and design solutions to new and existing clients on a monthly basis. Develop a relationship with clients and promote profitable business whilst projecting a positive image of the employer.
To be successful in this role, you need to have a valid Driver's license and own vehicle, be proficient in both English and Afrikaans. You should also have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Computer knowledge, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word applications are also essential in this role.
