Account Executive

Our highly reputable and fast-paced commercial vehicle logistics client is searching for a dynamic Account Executive to join their team in Boksburg with a minimum B.Com (Logistics, Economics or Marketing Management) and 3 to 4 years' experience in Key Account Management in the logistics / transportation sector.Must have own vehicle.Key Responsibilities: Logistics planning.Capacity forecasting.Meet customer service delivery targets and KPIs.Manage customer expectations.Damage investigation and root cause analysis.Collection and delivery scheduling.Updating and maintenance of VTS, including daily tracking of vehicles.Manage monthly billing of customers.Understand and maintain the company's SOPs.Reporting on the company's performance in daily / monthly meetings.Understand and maintain customer SOPs and SLAs   Qualification and Skills: Bachelor of Commerce in Logistics, Economics or Marketing Management.Minimum 3 to 4 years' experience in Key Account Management.Excellent communication skills.Computer literate and fully conversant in MS Word and Excel.Strong administrative and organisational skills.Time management skills.Excellent interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure.Willing to work outside of normal operating hours.Willing to work away from your home depot when required.Ability to work unsupervised.Ability to make decisions and solve problems effectively and efficiently.Strong self-discipline.Meet strict deadlines with a high level of precision.
