Key Responsibilities:Administer the sales cycle with acumen, from initiation to successful conclusion.Deliver exceptional after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and fidelity.Sustain regular communication with clients to comprehend their evolving requirements and identify growth opportunities.Sustain meticulous records of sales, clients, prospects, and partners to ensure effective organization and follow-up.Proactively cultivate new leads to maintain a robust and active sales pipeline.Minimum Requirements:A minimum of 3 years of experience in a comparable role, demonstrating expertise and a proven track record.Superior communication skills to effectively engage with clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders.In-depth industry knowledge and awareness of current trends and best practices.Analytical skills to gather, interpret, and leverage data for informed decision-making.Exceptional relationship-building skills to establish trust and foster long-term partnerships.Proficiency in sales techniques, with a focus on achieving results and closing deals.Should have experience generating leads and rewarming old leads.Ideally experience using Close CRM, although usage of any other CRM is also welcome.Experience working in the tech space with an understanding of web design and development.Experience in remote sales.
