Account Director

Who are we:  An integrated agency that has been at the cutting edge of the South African communications industry for over 21 years. Who are we looking for: Account Director.What will you do:Relationship building and brand ambassador for the AgencyBusiness approach to leading account within the AgencyStrategic management (overall health and performance of the account)Effective channel, strategies and creative implemented to achieve objectivesWorkflow process (implementation and continuous improvement)Operational management (timing plans, resource capacity management, managing profitability, driving operational efficiencies, financial management)What will you need:3 –5 Years on the job experienceAn in-depth understanding of the key departments, processes and structure within an advertising agencyExperience with working with senior clients across multiple stakeholdersThe ability to own a project from start to finish (strategy to roll-out)Must be PC literate: Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel - preferably with experience working CHASE softwareQualification Required:Matric certificate with college or university exemption (Marketing or Advertising qualification)Project management course
