As a key member of our Client Services team, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-profile clients, responsible for driving strategy, managing projects, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Role Requirements: Integrated Account Director with a proven track record of success in managing and growing client accounts within the digital landscape.Deep understanding of account management principles and best practices, with a strong focus on client retention and growth.Exceptional client services skills, including the ability to build strong relationships, understand client needs, and deliver exceptional service.Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans that align with client objectives and drive business results.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Desired Skills and Experiences: Exceptional client management skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.Experience managing complex projects and budgets.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing agency.
