Accessor & Moderator Carpentry Trade- Goodwood, Cape Town – Salary Dependent on Experience
QualificationsNational Diploma or N6 Certificate in Carpentry or relevant qualification.
Artisan qualification.
Minimum 3 years of industry experience.
Computer literate, (MS Office packages/Management Information System).
Registered with NAMB as an assessor and moderator is advantageous.
Knowledge of Quality Assurance tools.
Experience2 to 3 years of facilitating experience.
Proven experience in facilitating and assessing leadership.
Familiarity with legislative and quality assurance requirements.
ResponsibilitiesConduct classes as per qualification requirements.
Organize curricular activities.
Assess and record learner achievements.
Manage learning resources.
Monitor student work placements.
Report student performance.
Record absenteeism.
Establish a positive classroom environment.
Use various strategies for learning outcomes.
Provide constructive feedback based on assessment results.
Ensure assessment process fairness.
Collaborate for curriculum adjustments.
Maintain accurate assessment records.
Communicate assessment outcomes clearly.
Uphold program integrity and confidentiality.
Stay updated on industry standards.
