We are looking for a dynamic and visionary leader to take on the role of Academic Head .
Role Overview:  We are seeking an individual passionate about technology, with the expertise to manage a faculty of PhD and master's level technology academic experts.
This leader should inspire innovation, foster a collaborative academic environment, and drive the growth of technology programmes that empower future industry leaders.
The ideal candidate will be excited about technological advancements and possess the leadership skills to shape a robust academic offering.
Responsibilities: Academic Leadership Programme Development & Quality Assurance Assessment Management Faculty & Student Support Research & Publications Sustainability & Growth Requirements: A Master's degree in a technology-related field (PhD preferred).
3-5 years of experience managing a faculty or group of academic experts (7+ years preferred).
Proven ability to lead academic teams, manage programme delivery, and maintain high academic standards.
Strong research background and the ability to contribute to publications and thought leadership.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both academic staff and students.
