About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced deputy manager whose passion is advocating for and supporting people with learning disabilities to fulfil their potential.
The Community engagement, Co production and Volunteering team work to ensure that Outward's values to engage, enable and empower are fulfilled across the organisation by implementing our Co production strategy, running Person We Support Committee, employing people we support as quality checkers and recruiting and matching volunteers to work in our services.

As a Temporary Deputy Manager, your duties will include:
