Job Duties:Design, develop, and implement ETL processes using Ab Initio softwareCollaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirementsEnsure data quality and integrity throughout the ETL processTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to data processingOptimise and tune ETL processes for performance and efficiencyRequired Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldProven experience working with Ab Initio softwareStrong understanding of ETL concepts and best practisesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsEducation:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Experience:Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing ETL processes using Ab Initio software
Knowledge and Skills:Proficiency in Ab Initio GDE (Graphical Development Environment)Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and methodologiesStrong SQL and scripting skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentPreferred Qualifications:Ab Initio certificationExperience with data modelling and data profilingFamiliarity with Agile development methodologiesWorking Conditions:This role operates in a typical office environment.
The Ab Initio Developer may be required to work on-site or remotely depending on project requirements.
Regular hours are expected with the possibility of additional hours to meet project deadlines.
