Key Responsibilities:
? Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media,networking, and referrals.? Screen CVs, schedule and conduct interviews.? Manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.? Office management.
Minimum Requirements:
? 3 years experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.? Proven ability to manage multiple roles and meet deadlines.? Familiarity with recruitment platforms and tools.? A proactive approach to problem-solving.? The ability to self-generate, think out the box and come up with ideas and solutionsindependently.
