OverviewAs an A&R Manager you will represent AWAL in the local market both with external partners and internal Sony stakeholders. You will be the primary point of contact for artists based in the market and will support the growth of AWAL's business locally by attracting and developing successful artists.The ideal candidate is results-driven and ambitious, with a passion for music and artists.
