Description: Assist in grading assignments;Proctoring final exam;Invigilate tests and exams as required;Hold tutorials and office hours;Other duties as assigned. You are required to be in person.Qualification: CPA with a strong academic background in Accounting. PhD or CPA preferred or suitably qualified graduate. Previous TA experience and/or applicable applied industry experience is considered an asset. Relevant Criterion - Previous experience is the more relevant criterion than the need to acquire experience in respect of this posted position.
Class Schedule: Courses may be online or in-person depending on the circumstances, so candidates must be available and comfortable with both.
Sessional Dates of appointment: January 1, 2025 - April 30, 2025
Notes: This job is posted in accordance with the CUPE 3902 Unit 3 Collective Agreement. Hours: Up to 1 hour per student. Preference in hiring is given to qualified individuals advanced to the rank of Sessional Lecturer II or Sessional Lecturer III in accordance with Article 14:12 of the CUPE 3902 Unit 3 collective agreement.
