About the role We are seeking a skilled and motivated System Analyst to join our dynamic Agile DevOps team on the Digital Platform. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, leveraging advanced analysis skills, testing tools, and frameworks to define and design system requirements. This role requires both technical expertise in system analysis and an understanding of business operations to shape the future clients products. You will translate requirements into detailed specifications (Full Stack, Cross System), outlining integration points, and collaborate with squads during delivery and integration activities, ensuring seamless communication between development teams and project stakeholdersDuties and responsibilitiesConducting system analysis and designing new IT solutionsModifying existing systems to meet business needsTesting, debugging, and resolving issuesProviding technical supportCollaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project successRequirementsMinimum of 6 years' experience in a similar roleProven expertise in system analysis and IT solutions designStrong technical skills and familiarity with software developmentExcellent problem-solving abilitiesDiploma/Degree in information technology5 plus years experience been System AnalystWork with Tribe Leads (Technical Product/Service Owners), Architects, Business Analysts, and Developers to unpack solutions and service requirements.Test new services and create comprehensive service documentation (experience with JMeter, Postman, or SOAP-UI is beneficial).Experience in business and system analysis workExperience working in an agile environment and feature teamsTechnical background is required
