5* Game Lodge F&B Manager, Hoedpsruit (Cd2494)

Experienced and mature hospitality F&B Manager required for a 5-Star Game Lodge in the Hoedspruit area
* Tertiary Qualification will be beneficial
* Min 3yrs experience managing an F&B department in a 4 or 5-Star hotel/lodge/resort.
* Hsopitality HR understanding and staff management skills
* Basic financial understanding will be required
* Good command of english (read, write, speak)
* Advanced knowledge of COS, POS and PMS systems
* Good MS Office compute skills
* Excelllent time management and report writing skills with a hands on approach.
* Working knowledge of stock controls and orders to maxamise the bottom line.
* Valid RSA ID, Drivers License
