4556 Senior Talent Management Specialist (P7)Human Resources¦ HR Specialist Services Bloemfontein Campus Main purpose of the jobTo take responsibility for the development and implementation of talent management policy, organizational development, learning and performance management initiatives in the institution.
Main tasksProvide support in the implementation and monitoring of talent management processesProvide support with regard to Organisational Development (OD), Skills Development (SD), talent and performance managementMaintain accurate records for OD-, SD-, talent-and performance management processes and interventionsLiaise with stakeholders regarding Talent Management, OD, Training & Development, Performance Management interventionAssist with and/or conduct Psychometric/Skills AssessmentsNature of appointmentPermanent Support Services
Minimum salary scale(Total Cost to Company) R 956 841 per annum

Accordingly, the preferred candidate may expect an offer that is in line with their qualifications and years of similar experience. Minimum Qualification/ Knowledge and/or ExperienceDegree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organisational Psychology or a related field.Five years' experience in an HR environment with background/knowledge in Talent Management/or OD/ or performance management.Registration as a psychometrist or industrial psychologist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA).Desired Qualification, Knowledge and/or ExperiencePostgraduate studies in Human Resources or equivalent.At least five years' relevant experience, at the required level.Job-Related EnquiriesDr Reynell van der Ross (******)
