Main tasksProvide support in the implementation and monitoring of talent management processesProvide support with regard to Organisational Development (OD), Skills Development (SD), talent and performance managementMaintain accurate records for OD-, SD-, talent-and performance management processes and interventionsLiaise with stakeholders regarding Talent Management, OD, Training & Development, Performance Management interventionAssist with and/or conduct Psychometric/Skills AssessmentsNature of appointmentPermanent Support Services
Minimum salary scale(Total Cost to Company) R 956 841 per annum

Minimum Qualification/ Knowledge and/or ExperienceDegree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organisational Psychology or a related field.Five years' experience in an HR environment with background/knowledge in Talent Management/or OD/ or performance management.Registration as a psychometrist or industrial psychologist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA).Desired Qualification, Knowledge and/or ExperiencePostgraduate studies in Human Resources or equivalent.At least five years' relevant experience, at the required level.Job-Related EnquiriesDr Reynell van der Ross (******)
