What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with the following experience, qualifications and/or skillsets: This position requires the candidate to be based in Cape Town North, South Africa.
Applicants must currently reside in the Cape Town North metropolitan area and be able to commute to the office regularly.
Relocation assistance is not provided.
Degree in Human Resources or similar.
3 to 5 years experience as a People Management Practitioner/Consultant/Business Partner.
People Management within an educational environment.
The responsibilities are: People Management Planning and Reporting.
Special Strategic People Management Initiative Project Management.
Organisational Design Projects.
People Management Advisory and Consulting.
Outsourced Provider Liaison.
Staff Management.
Training.
The successful candidate will start on 01 August 2024.
