360 Recruitment Consultant – Placement & Business Development SpecialistLocation: Fully Remote (South Africa)Salary: R28,000pm - R30,000pm (depending on experience) + performance incentivesAbout the Role:Remote Recruitment is seeking a dynamic Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead growth in our permanent placement division while driving business development efforts. This role demands a 360-degree recruitment professional—someone who excels in both securing new clients and managing the entire recruitment lifecycle. You'll be instrumental in building long-term client partnerships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and delivering top-tier recruitment solutions that align with client needs.As part of a fully remote team, you'll leverage cutting-edge tools and technologies to manage client relationships and candidate placements.
