360 Recruitment Consultant – Placement & Business Development Specialist Location: Fully Remote (South Africa)
Salary: R28,000pm - R30,000pm (depending on experience) + performance incentives
About the Role: Remote Recruitment is seeking a dynamic Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead growth in our permanent placement division while driving business development efforts. This role demands a 360-degree recruitment professional—someone who excels in both securing new clients and managing the entire recruitment lifecycle. You'll be instrumental in building long-term client partnerships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and delivering top-tier recruitment solutions that align with client needs.

Key Responsibilities: 360 Recruitment Management: Handle all aspects of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and securing candidates, while managing client relationships and meeting their hiring needs.Business Development: Identify, pitch, and onboard new clients, expanding the client portfolio and driving revenue growth within the permanent recruitment division.Client Relationship Management: Develop tailored staffing strategies by understanding client needs, maintaining excellent communication, and nurturing long-term partnerships.Team Collaboration & Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior consultants, fostering knowledge-sharing and best practices to enhance team performance.Data & Performance Tracking: Utilize CRM systems to manage client interactions, monitor pipelines, and track placement metrics, ensuring transparency and efficiency.Requirements: Experience:Minimum 5 years in recruitment with a focus on permanent placements.Proven success in business development, including client acquisition and retention.Skills:Strong relationship-building abilities and consultative recruitment skills.Competent in managing the entire recruitment lifecycle while balancing multiple client accounts.Tech Savvy:Proficiency with CRM systems and cloud-based tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, monday.com).Resilient Remote Setup:Reliable home office with stable WiFi and power backup to ensure seamless service delivery.Benefits: Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives.Opportunities for professional growth and advancement in a company committed to employee success.Join a forward-thinking team that values creativity, collaboration, and results-driven excellence.
