Job Description: As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish. You will be responsible for identifying talent, managing client relationships, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process that aligns with our clients' strategic objectives. This role demands a proactive, dynamic individual with a deep passion for recruitment and people. You are expected to exceed client expectations through meticulous management of both client and candidate relationships. As a true people person, you thrive in a driven environment and are committed to making a significant impact in a remote setting.
Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
Conduct detailed job briefings to fully understand client needs and requirements.
Source, screen, and interview candidates, providing a shortlist to clients.
Manage the entire candidate journey, ensuring a positive experience.
Achieve recruitment targets and support business growth.
Provide market insights and recruitment advice to clients.
Utilize recruitment software to track placements, candidates, and client information.
Requirements: Minimum of 3 years' experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in a 360 role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, embodying the role of a people person.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
A driven and dynamic personality, with a deep passion for recruitment and exceeding expectations.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Must have a suitable home office setup with laptop, dual monitors, and a high-speed internet connection.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
