In this role, you will play a pivotal role in the entire recruitment lifecycle, from building relationships with clients to successfully placing exceptional candidates.
What You''ll Do: Client Management & Business Development:Develop and nurture strong relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers within client companies, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process.Partner with clients to understand their specific needs, talent requirements, and company culture.
Identify potential talent gaps and opportunities to introduce your agency''s services to new departments or business units within existing client accounts.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay abreast of industry trends and identify new client acquisition opportunities.Develop and implement targeted business development strategies to generate new client leads and expand the firm''s client portfolio.Prepare compelling presentations and proposals that showcase the value proposition of our recruitment services. Candidate Sourcing & Attraction:Utilize a variety of sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-caliber candidates aligned with client needs.Leverage your industry knowledge and network to uncover passive talent.Craft compelling job descriptions and employer branding materials to attract top talent.Candidate Screening & Selection:Conduct in-depth candidate screenings to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.Utilize a variety of assessment tools and techniques to evaluate candidate suitability.Shortlist the most qualified candidates and prepare them for client interviews.Interview Management:Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients and candidates.Coach candidates for successful interview performance.Provide clients with detailed candidate interview feedback and insights.Offer Negotiation & Placement:Handle offer negotiations on behalf of both clients and candidates to secure a mutually beneficial outcome.Facilitate the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Performance & Reporting:Track key metrics and KPIs related to placements, candidate quality, and client satisfaction.Prepare reports for clients and internal stakeholders, showcasing your performance and recruitment successes. What You Bring to the Table: A minimum of 4+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a recruitment agency setting.Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in permanent or contract roles.Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Ability to build strong relationships and rapport with clients and candidates alike.Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.A passion for the recruitment industry and a commitment to exceeding client expectations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent time management and organizational skills.The ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.
