We are seeking a dynamic and driven Intermediate 360 IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to managing the client relationship and placing candidates in IT roles. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the IT industry, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in recruitment.Key ResponsibilitiesClient ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.Understand clients' hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss requirements, feedback, and market trends.Candidate Sourcing and AttractionUtilize various sourcing techniques including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.Write and post job advertisements on relevant platforms.Candidate Screening and SelectionConduct initial screenings and in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.Coordinate and manage the interview process between candidates and clients.Provide constructive feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.Placement and OnboardingNegotiate job offers and terms of employment between clients and candidates.Ensure a smooth onboarding process for successful candidates.Follow up with placed candidates to ensure successful integration into their new roles.Market Research and AnalysisStay updated with the latest trends in the IT industry and recruitment practices.Provide insights and market intelligence to clients and colleagues.Continuously seek opportunities to improve recruitment processes and strategies.Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in 360 recruitment, preferably within the IT sector.Proven track record of successful placements and client management.Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).Skills and CompetenciesCommunication: Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills.Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.Ability to Work Under Pressure: Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
