As Bulbshare rapidly accelerates its growth, we are looking for an exceptional 360 Designer to join our team and contribute to our mission.Your role:As a 360 Designer at Bulbshare, you will play a crucial role in our Brand Marketing team, leading design development for a wide range of projects, from internal sales decks to external marketing collateral. In this dynamic and creative environment, your expertise in digital design and video editing will not just be at the core of our brand but also have the opportunity to evolve. You'll work on a variety of exciting tasks, shaping our brand's visual identity and enhancing user engagement.Key responsibilities: As 360 Designer, your key responsibilities will include: Creating and editing short videos, carousels and static ads for Bulbshare's advertising campaigns on LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram.Designing eye-catching in-app images and video content for our App Store page.Developing engaging infographics that showcase Bulbshare insights to our clients on LinkedIn.Crafting visually appealing newsletters and marketing communications to keep the world informed about all things Bulbshare.Creating and editing short video case studies that showcase our work with some of the world's leading consumer brandsLeading on internal deck design and other core brand collateralWhat we are looking for:Qualifications and technical skills requiredTo excel in this role, you should possess:Educated to degree level or equivalent educationDemonstrable experience in digital design, and video editingA minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is essentialAn interest in staying updated on industry trends and innovationsGood appreciation and understanding of design principlesPrevious experience with Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere), WordPress, Final Cut, and excellent PowerPoint skillsProficiency in the following tools would also be highly beneficial: Sketch, HubSpot, Invision, and Canva.We're looking for candidates who have:Excellent communication skills, both written and spokenAbility to plan ahead, multitask and drive solutions around related aspects of your roleStrong analytical problem solving skillsGenuine curiosity and energy in your chosen field, we value self motivated individualsCommercially focusedAbility to build relationships across departments, suppliers and clientsTeamwork: Candidates should possess the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote team.What's in it for you:Be a part of an extremely fast-growing technology scaleup transforming the way brands and organisations collaborate with their audience.
