We are seeking an experienced and innovative Curriculum Lead to join our Primary School Curriculum team. Aligning with our vision for 21st century teaching and learning, the successful candidate will facilitate and manage the development and implementation of cutting-edge curriculum initiatives and also provide subject-specific curriculum leadership.
The responsibilities are: Project Management: Manage curriculum projects from conception to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completionDevelop and execute project plans, setting clear objectives, milestones, and resource allocationCoordinate stakeholder engagement, including teachers, subject experts, and external partnersMonitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risksCurriculum Leadership and Development: Provide expertise in subject-specific curriculum design, development, and implementationLead curriculum review and development processes for designated subjectsCollaborate with teachers and subject experts to enhance curriculum quality and relevanceDevelop and refine assessment strategies to measure student progressEnsure alignment with national standards and best practices in curriculum designIdeal Candidate: Proven experience in curriculum leadership and development, specifically in primary educationStrong background in project management, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projectsExpertise in subject-specific curriculum design (Language Arts, Life Skills, Social Sciences, Creative Arts, Visual Arts)Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skillsAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partnersPassion for innovative and learner-centred educationBachelor's/Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or related fieldThe successful candidate will start on 01 January 2025.
