KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS Amongst others, the intern will be responsible for: Providing support and assistance on Visitor Information Provision on visitor Desks and roadshows. Assisting the with the unit administrative support and coordination of general, corporate matters. Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Manage and update all documents within the unit when required. Perform administrative duties and support the unit and subunits. Assist with filing within the unit and subunits. Assist with answering calls within the unit and subunits Assist in managing office operations (including scheduling of appointments, diarizing matters within the senior manager's office) Assist with payments of invoices within the unit and subunits. Liase with finance to ensure payments.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS A three-year bachelor's degree, National Diploma in Tourism Management
