Key job responsibilities Develop and manage the business relationships with 3PL carriers, spanning optimization and resolution of operational issues to supporting commercial and contractual negotiations. Manage the performance of 3PL FC providers, including but not limited to safety, customer experience, quality, and cost. Partner with cross-functional teams such as Finance and Analytics to develop reports and mechanism to manage operational and financial performance on a daily basis. Work with Supply Chain and Capacity Planning to plan and secure capacity with 3PL providers. Partner with / leverage other internal tech and non-tech resources to improve fulfillment capabilities and performance; facilitate system development and adoption with 3PL providers and internal teams. Drive continuous improvement initiatives with 3PL providers and internal teams to provide best in class fulfillment experience and cost structure.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of program or project management experience 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience Bachelor's degree Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience 5+ years of driving process improvements experience Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
